Delivery and Returns

How Long Does It Take For A Delivery To Arrive?

Our orders normally ship within 2-5 business days and all orders are usually delivered within 7 to 21 business days depending on your geographical location. Due to the high demand on some of our most popular products and the current shipping situation with COVID-19, you may need to allow anywhere up to 6 weeks for delivery.

It is important to note that your order may arrive in multiple consignments over a few days.

Can I track my order?

Once we receive them, we will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email address that you supplied us when placing your order(s).

The email will also give you information as to how to track your delivery. The tracking can take between 2 and 6 days to arrive with us after you receive the email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, all around the world.

  1. Standard delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to.
  2. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your package once it is shipped, so that you can follow its journey.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We currently only offer our service in a few selected countries. This is likely to increase over time. For most items shipping is free.

What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?

We hope that your deliveries arrive in the condition they were intended to arrive in. If you experience a damaged delivery please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]

What is your return policy?

  • All returns must be made within 14 days after the product delivery date. All returned products must:
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be unworn and unwashed – with all tags (where appropriate) intact
  • Underwear cannot be returned – due to hygiene reasons
  • Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging
  • We will only refund to the original source and payment method
  • If a voucher or gift card was used – the refund will be applied to that first
  • Each order must be returned separately.

Your items must be returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site.

It is your responsibility for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.

How do I make a return of an order?

Step 1: Send a return request to help[email protected]. Remember to include the following details in the request, for faster processing:

a. Order Number – most important

b. Name(s) of the Item(s) you wish to return.

c. Reason for wanting to return the items(Size/Quality/Other Reasons...)

d. Photos of the items to be returned, for reference

include photos highlighting the specific issues with the item(s).

Step 2: Our customer service representatives will respond to your request within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

We will supply you with a return address.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It will remain your responsibility until we receive your package.

What is your exchange policy?

Currently we are not able to offer exchange service for any shipped orders.  If you want a different size, different colour, or different item, please place a new order.

What is your refund policy?

We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. 

If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at [email protected] to advise us and obtain a return address. The product must be returned in the condition as received, without any alterations or further damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
